Melrose Jewelers accepts payments via all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, either online or via telephone.  We also accept payment via PayPal, Google Checkout, bank transfer (wire transfer), cashier’s check, and bank deposit.

Wire Transfer Payments

Melrose Jewelers will deduct 3.5% from your total order if a wire transfer is used for payment. Because we pay significant credit card transaction fees, by avoiding these charges we are simply able to pass the savings on to you when paying via wire transfer. Wire transfers are also recommended for all transaction amounts over $10,000. In fact, often credit card companies will not clear charges involving significant dollar values and it is common for customers to pay via bank wire transfers in these cases. Billing/Shipping Address

For credit card purchases, Melrose Jewelers is required to ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company or bank. If you are not sure of the correct billing address, please contact your credit card company.

Order Declines

If your credit card is declined, you must contact your bank. There are numerous reasons why your credit card may have been declined. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit and you can contact your bank to grant you permission to place your transaction online. Once your bank removes this limit or pre-approves a specific merchant (Melrose Jewelers), feel free to order the item online or call us to place your order.

Shipping/Packaging

Melrose Jewelers offers FREE FedEx Overnight Shipping on all orders. Orders to an APO, FPO, or P.O. Box are shipped via USPS Express Mail and may take slightly longer than FedEx orders. All our orders are fully insured for loss or theft during shipment and require a valid government-issued ID and signature upon receipt—for your protection—so that we can ensure you are the one receiving your purchase. Our shipments are not marked as “jewelry” or “watches” to allow not only for the element of surprise should your order be a gift, but also to minimize the chances of delay due to theft (all packages are always fully-insured).
